What is Cape Henlopen?

Considered by many to be the gateway to the dirty South, Cape Henlopen is an area in Delaware located on the coast. It is the hometown of the particular Division I lacrosse legend who orchestrated (and even choreographed) the original "the move".
The official language of the area is rastafarian, and everyone there has a tan and boogeyboards.
Visitor: "Hey, isn't Sean from Cape Henlopen?"
Native Cape Henlopian: "Ya man, he always be jiving and rolling up in dis here dune boogey."
Visitor: "I dont understand you, but you have a nice tan."
