What is Cartoon Oil?

Suppposedly, a drug that takes several months to make, and lets you see everything as a cartoon. After just one dose, you OD, so you die. I have yet to find any proof of it's actual existence.
Woah, I took some cartoon oil, and now everything is a cartoon! Too bad I'm gonna die once it wears off...
