related to the fad of adding "izzle" to every word, "izzle" is added to any name for fun, humor, or simply to point out just how not badass a person is.

A guy walks up to a short, pig-tailed girl named Catrina doing her homework quietly in AP Calculus and asks, "How you doin', Catrizzle?"

"What? Catrizzle?"
