Cellular Molestation is when someone forces their opinions or viewpoints on your cellphone via text message. Also called Textual Molestation. They basically molest your phone with crap you don't want to read. It's not as bad as Voice Mail molestation because in most cases you actually have to assault your ear drums with their useless shit before your voice mail allows you to delete it. Otherwise you have that nagging little 1 on the top of your blackberry reminding you that you have one voice mail you haven't listened to.
"I avoided Kristin at work all day yesterday specifically so that I didn't have to listen to her nonsensical rambling so in retaliation she performed a twelve-page cellular molestation on my phone."
