What is Cellular Sniper?

A person who calls you from their cell phone and then promptly turns the phone off after leaving a voice message. Predominately seen in older people who don't realize that a cellular phone can remain on for extended periods of time or used to avoid a real conversation with someone.

My mom did a cellular sniper attack on me while I was in the can.

I really wanted to avoid an argument about blowing her off tonight to go to the game with my friends so I cell sniped her.
