A term used loosely to describe someone who is both cheap and lazy
Pedram: "Yo J, let's go to a club tonight"
Jason: "I dunno bro, I'm kind of tired"
Pedram: "Come on, I'll drive"
Jason: "Umm, I'm not feeling too well"
Pedram: "I'll pay for it."
Jason:(without any hesitation) "I'M DOWN!!"
Pedram: Oh my gosh, your'e such a chazy ass.
