What is Chilango Light?

people born in Monterrey City.. they are originally called ''Regios'' or ''Regio-montanos'', but because of their stingness (they dont like to spend a lot of money), and an arrogant attitude they are called Chilango-light.. meaning that they are ''light'' Chilangos, they are not that arrogant or all those behaviors that stand out from a Chilango.
by the way: Chilango is just another way to call a person from the south part of mexico.
