Pertaining to the scretch of skin between your sack and your asshole, this is the act of sneaking up on a dude from behind in the locker room and reaching between his legs so that you slap the back of his balls with your index and birdy fingers. This only works in a locker room or somewhere there are guys changing because the victum must be in his boxers.
