What is Vilbert?

The Dilbertization of product development, whereby decisions are driven on whether Validation and Verification is required as a consequence to the decision.

Vilbert decides to continue to use a buggy or inadequate version of a softrware product ( driver, database, add on) becasue doing so would require that a system validation and verification step be taken.

Vilbert eliminates usability features form a product because of the cost and time to market implications of Validation and Verification.
