Used to describe men who go to bars and talk to other men, not because they are gay, but because they are either too old or dont have the guts to go and try to pick up and meet new women. So instead they clump together (usually in pairs which is creepy already) and talk about their chodely lives whilst clinging onto a beer to make them seem less like a complete loser.
Can be flexibly used in words such as "chode-like" or "chode-ness"
I went to this bar in Hong Kong and there were all these chodely guys sitting together while women walked and danced around them.
