What is Choiboy Maneuver?

A repeated squatting motion designed to entertain large groups of people in random conversations and lectures at the expense of the Choiboy-er. Originally thought to only serve a purpose of strengthening the legs, the Choiboy Maneuver also proves effective in the volleyball forearm pass, turning a would-be loser to a star on the court.
