What is Chuce?

A nickname for someone with whom people like to bug. It can mean anything based on what some one is being bugged for ie, bitch, homo, rat, loser and anything else I didn't type. It started out as a jail name, instead of bitch, chuce was used for it was more aggravating.
come here chuce and play with my balls. Or I don't know whats up with that fuckin lil chuce... he owes me fifty bucks.
