A term used to describe a phenomenal college party situation or occurrence. It is usually used to describe an extreme time or times when a party reached its peakor climax. This usually refers to the peak level of fun rather than the peak number of people.

It wasn't their best party of the year but it was absolutely cloregasmic when all of us ran outside to watch Tim ride the wheelchair off of the roof!
