A tax that is added to a proposol or invoice to cover costs incurred by customers who are expected to give one unnecessary grief when trying to perform a task or complete a job. The estimated amount is based on the size of the clown your dealing with.

I can see problems with this guy, better add extra clown tax to the bill.
