What is Colmblock?

A colm block,is an act when someone tries to block the kettle when they see you walking towards the kettle,or spending vast amounts of time just stirring a coffee cup or tea cup,moving the arm in very slow motion,or spending hours in a bending postion looking for sugar,(usually in this case you may feel like sticking a fork in the offenders buttocks) but the best course of action is to make a disparaging comment or move them gently saying are you well as if to make reference to their state of well being or LACK OF IT)just to be a f*cking annoying prat,this usually happens around lunching hours,and wherever there is a lot of activity..
Sadly these type of individuals think this is the only way they can assert themselves..

*at this point colmblock walks over when he realises sandys walking over and sticks his arm out and back reaching all the way across the kettle muttering to himself*
