A portmanteau of 'condo' and 'bulldoze', this term describes the demolition of an element of the built environment (building, street, park, etc.), and its subsequent replacement with a condominium building. The term is generally used to describe condominium buildings which are either out of scale, out of context, or both. This term can be attributed to the website ForgottenChicago.
