What is Cop'd?

getting screwed over by police when making minor driving violations like: failure to signal, passing the line of the stops sign, ran a yellow light, avoidence of an officer or passing on the left without honking.
damn i was cop'd, I had a rolling stop at the stop sign, now my liscense is gone.
