What is Cotton Stew?

Cotton stew is obtained by mixing together all possible bodily fluids and/or in some cases solids, including but not limited to: jizzum, piss, spit, diarrhea, vomit, snot, mucus, blood, shit, sweat, vaginal fluid, tears, (liquidy) earwax, pancreatic enzymes.
Stir until correct consistency is achieved, it should resemble...well cotton stew
Bitch was pissing me off so I made her make some cotton stew and then made her drink it.
