(1)If you are the Negative: the only way to combat a massive affirmative case with irrationally large advantages, and liars for internal link authors who lie too well for their own damn good.(2) If you are the Affirmative: when the Neg tries to jack your advantages and outwiegh them with a miniscule risk of a stupid, wimpy DA.
