Long, tousled, teased and feathered female hairstyle that gives females the appearance of a woman who has just been released from the county jail. Primarily a fashion of rural white American subcultures and usually only achieved through an excess of aerosol hairspray.
Randy's new girl Jo-Bob has got a coupla nice kids and she gets him free stuff from her job at the Wal-Mart, but she's got the worst county hair I've ever seen!
