What is Cral?

One who sounds like a terrorist or one who secretly plans to destroy the world. Also, a cral is unresponsive and seemingly anti-social.
"Hey man, what's up?"
-"Nothing..."
*10 minutes later*
"Hey cral, you still there?"
-"Yes."
Typical conversation between a normal person and a cral that goes on for hours until the normal person goes insane.
