What is Crossblock?

The act of going thru a green light and blocking the intersection cuz the traffic at the next light up is not moving. Your light turns red and the traffic merging on cannot go cuz your dumbass is blocking the intersection.
OMG! That dude is totally crossblocking and I missed my green!
