The transfer of information, intellectual property, ideas, business contacts, etc. between a U.S. entity and a UK entity, to create and grow a new business relationship.

There was a lot of cross-pondization going on at the Affiliate Summit 2007 London Conference when US and UK affiliates, merchants and networks got together to discuss cross-border affiliate marketing opportunities.
