What is Custy Crew?

a group of kids at your school who have smoked so many cigarettes, done so many drugs, and gotten drunk so many times that they smell bad, act really strange and are physically unattractive. They are social outcasts, thought they believe they are popular. They also host really creepy parties where everyone has sex with everyone else.
Tom: Dude, I went to Jane's party last night, and everyone was having sex! And I could taste the pot smoke in the air.
Joe: Duh, they're all part of the custy crew. What did you expect?
Max: So I heard Krissy gave John herpes.
Sam: Yeah, he didn't know she was part of the custy crew.
Max: How did he not know?! Hasn't he seen their party pictures on facebook?!
