a funny word to call a person (usually female). It would be used if you think she's a cute girl. It can also be used to purposely annoy that person. through experience, them not knowing what it is tends to tick them off.
boy - " hey there cutie chin"
girl - " ummm excuse me?!"
boy - "oh dont worry, just means ur hot"
