When the IT department of your organization performs an "upgrade" to the system typically resulting in poorer performance, extreme inconveinence, and a significant reduction in productivity. Management then blames you for the lack of production which will be duly noted on your next review.
"Dude, why can't I get to the shared directory?!?"

"Don't they realize their "upgrades" make us look bad? Are they trying to ruin my life?"
