What is Dack9?

A person of high negativity and rudeness. Anyone who idolizes themselves, believing that they are the be-all, end-all of the world. Someone who might have failed the first grade a few times for not knowing the difference between "to" and "too".
The other day I read this definition on slangdefine, and this author was such a Dack9.
