Slang term for the prescription stimulant Adderall, which comes from the name of the active ingredients d-amphetamine and l-amphetamine. Yet another example of what one thinks of when deprived of things like sleep for days on end.
I knew this guy that loved to eat damp lamps by the handful. Unfortunately, it was the only thing he ever ate because once it kicked in, his apetite was lost. On the bright side, his grades skyrocketed due to the greatly enhanced concentration he was able to achieve.
