A man who has large mammary glands, due to large deposits of fat on his chest. They can be seen as small ripples in his shirt as he moves his arms.
Tom: "Hey who is that kid who is always talking in class?"
Bill: "That's Dan Tits...He would beat my girlfriend in a wet t-shirt contest".
