What is Danger Dan?

One who puts himself in harm's way for no reason whatsoever. Also will do what he refers to as "bad things to good people." These actions are preferably done drunk, or while under the influence of a major narcotic.
"Hey, Danger Dan, when are we going to go skydiving?"
