What is Deathflash?

Seeing something that is obviously very dangerous and involuntarily imagining yourself being the mortal victim of the dangerous place or object. To some it's an Omen never to be ignored.
I just had a Deathflash of me driving off this steep mountain road. whoa! I better be careful from now on.
Jeez I just had a Deathflash of me getting skewered by that Rebar down there. I think I'll work on the ground the rest of the day.
