What is Dedovshchina?

A heavily traditional informal form of bullying/hazing that occurs in the Russian Army. Senior conscripts sometimes make junior conscripts perform their chores, other times it results in extreme forms of violent hazing, including death.
Dedovshchina is bizzare, just leave it to the Russians.
