What is Dentist Whore?

A person (gender doesn't matter) who goes to the dentist for the most stupid/most silly reasons; someone who will go to a dentist to whiten their bi-yearly; their teeth are so bleached out/white that you can tell they are fake.
Kelly: Stephania, why are your mom's teeth so..white?
Stephania: 'Cuz she's a total dentist whore! She goes to the dentist every 3 months to get them bleached
Kelly: Well, I heard bleaching your teeth that often isn't too good.
Stephania: Well I'll tell her to lighten up and go annually/
