What is Departner?

A person in the workplace with whom you share the same job description. This person often works in close proximity and will cover your job when you are unavailable to do so. Department + Partner = Departner.
Joe - "Hey Sam want to go to lunch?"
Jill - " I have to wait until my departner gets back so someone is here to cover the phones in case the boss calls"
