In Halo 2, on Xbox Live, the act of purposefully killing yourself to lower your level. Usually done by grundlemuncherswho cannot win any games at the higher levels.
John was a level 30, but he couldn't win a game, so he committed suicide in every game afterwards until he was a level 16 again.
Bernie was a fag, so he deranked.
