A flashy and colorful canine character,usally a wolf and or a small adoreable breed of mutt.
Most tend to have ridiculous names and or storylines.

Eyebrows, bright and obnoxious colors, human expresstion, hair, extra fur, added attributes such as wings or clothing and accessories. Most can be seen with a wannabe disney type of style to them.
