a syndrome most males have where they tend to act as though they're thinking with their dick (it has a head as well) instead of their brain. This usually results in them pretending to be a nice guy just to get laid, lying, etc.
Dick head syndrome is when You meet a guy and he tells you he doesn't like having sex unless it's really meaningful so you wait a couple weeks and after you've slept together he doesn't talk to you anymore. He has dick head syndrome.
He actually is married, but he told you he is single? He must have Dick Head Syndrome.

ok so Dick Head Syndrome (D.H.S) is something that makes no since the first time you hear but it's when somebody goes through a time when they don't care they'll bring you pain and they will ruin things you're into or thing that you've made yep how bad does that suck...bad thats how bad but honestly this is spreading and becoming more contagious so don't catch it and DON'T let it last if you happen to catch it ok we're good now.
People with Dick Head Syndrome will not leave you alone.
They pick on you.
They mess up things.
They steal.
They ruin things in relationships.
They break the rule of friendship.
They also lose friends FAST!!
