What is Dicki?

An article of clothing worn under a sweater or shirt, which immitates the look of a turtleneck, yet lacks the arms and bodice of a normal turtleneck.

Damn! It is so freaking hot today that I think I will wear a dicki under this sweater instead of a real turtleneck.
