A 'disco pee' occurs when the bathroom you are using has a faulty light which flashes on and off sporadically whilst you pee.
"I was just in the the bathroom there having a disco pee"
"A disco pee?"
"Yeah, you know the way the light flashes in there whilst you pee, reminds me of a disco"
