Something or someone performing acts of stupidity and shame that would cause even someone such as Don Vito to throw up or feel violated. Combination of "Disgusting" and "Disturbing"
Finding out that our cafeteria takes uneaten food from the garbage and puts it in our lunch is a complete act of disgusturbution.
