short for "dirty-mexican", d-mex is a term often used by the members of ckumc to identify the cuisine served from stands, pick up truck beds, roach coaches, and/or push carts, specifically from the underprivileged and financially unstable areas of mexico.
After a hard night of drinking, Dan yells out, "yo, let's get some d-mex!"
