when two people are doing it doggy style, the guy says to the girl "i have aids!!!" at this point the girl will try to get away, it is the guys objective to keep her in that position and to continue having sex. very similar to a cowboy trying to stay on the bull at a rodeo.
Guy on phone: dude can you bail me out of jail? i tried to pull a doggy rodeo on this chick and she called the cops!
