What is Domahey?

The act of saying,"Hi! How are you? Good to see you too! Yes I'm good, are you? How's the family? You got married, ya don't say! You have four children out of wedlock? etc..." without having to say it because YOU DON'T CARE TO!
Domahey will eliminate the small talk, you never want to have.
Your visiting Mom and Dad in your hometown and run into an old high school acquaintance, but don't wan to talk to them.
You make eye contact, throw your arms in the air with pure excitement and say, "domahey!"
Then walk away.
You were neither impolite or ill-mannered.
