What is Dorm Brat?

A kid who has grown up in or around prep school dorms, and is completely spoilt by all the attention. Once they reach a certian age these dorm brats go from cute to unbearabally annoying, as they begin to act as if they own the place.
person: "ah this formal meal is taking forever!"
dorm brat(emily); "they used to have them every single night, and they would last for... ect"
person; "YOU SHOULD NOT BE PROUD THAT YOU WERE HERE FOR THAT!"
