Someone who never believes you even though you always keep it real. Someone who cant seem to believe an accomplishment or achievement. Someone who never goes anywhere or does anything in life would be a doubter.
Jay: "I moved to Tennessee with 85,000 dollars in my bank account." doughter: "Dude, you never had no 85,000 in your life." Jay " Your such a doubter."
