What is Douschefag?

A person who is equal parts dousche and homo. Often used to describe European or French people in particular, but may apply to anyone.
So, I was in line at the Miami airport and this douschefag with a ponytail cut me off.

A complete jackass to just about everybody he doesn't like. Basically a douschebag but a lot worse, with less/no friends. Has nothing to do with being gay, but lack of friends makes him sexuality confused.
