What is Downpipe?

A rather large skater gang. It's 2 main cities it is in are ATL and Panama city. The last meeting we had we accounted for over 400 total members. downpipe was created to tick off the BLOOD and CRIP members in the area. The only colors flown by downpipe members are black and white. Senior members of the gang wear black flags while the newer or lower ranked members fly white flags.
