day and then 45% less on day 3.
This is the Drinking Smart Chart
Example 12 beer a day drinker
Day 1: 35% of 12= 7.8 or drink 8
Day 2: 35% of 7.8= 5.07 or drink 5
Day 3: 45% of 5.07= 2.78 or drink 3
