Very prevalent on Friday and Saturday nights, this condition occurs when someone is intoxicated beyond coherence and calls the suicide line to slur suicidal/ homicidal threats in a rambling manner.
The suicide hotline called the cops on Susie last night because she called the hotline 5 times all drunkicidal threatening to kill herself.
