What is Dumb Bitch?

A Dumb Bitch is a official rank of status. one has to be demoted into the realm of Dumb Bitch (the capital "D" and "B" are important otherwise its just an insult) unless the status is common knowledge. A Dumb Bitch has to do both extremely dumb/irrational and bitchy. Only in the rarest of occasions can a male be demoted. There is also a theme song in the works (it varies depending on the area/school you live in). There is also a hand signal; a short quick chop with your hand parallel to your chest. This hand signal can be done with as little or as much intensity and motion as you please as long as you get your point across. Note1: the hand signal can also represent the whole phrase "I hate Dumb Bitches" Note2: generally if only one person thinks that a another person is a Dumb Bitch then they have no right to use the official term or the hand signal and should be notified of their mistake, because we dont bring personal shit into this its a rank.
